1+3

Architecture can link two areas (north and south of Seoul) which is separated by natural and built interfering forces while attracting people from the dense area to the less dense areas.

The "point" on the north side of the Han River is surrounded by major roads and bridges which are above the ground level, while the land is on the floodplain.

The "point" which is now separated by the Han River will be the linking point of the north and the south of Seoul with commercial and residential space, hotels, and museums, which will together create a cultural and historical landmark.

By stitching the interfered spaces on the "point", it will attract people living in dense areas to less populated areas.
