1+3

Architecture will act as a magnet attracting people from the dense areas of Seoul, linking the north and the south of the Han River.

The point on the Han River is surrounded by major roads and bridges which are above the ground level, while the land is on the floodplain.
The point which is now separated by the Han River will be the linking point of the north and the south of Seoul with existing Seoul Forest and new program-institution which will together create a cultural and historical landmark.
By stitching the interfered space on the point, it will attract people living in dense areas to the less populated area.
